• The customer can return or exchange the product within 30 days from the day of the purchase (45 days for international orders).
  • The product need to be unopened, applied, worn, colored or washed to receive any refund.
  • We don’t refund the cost of the original shipping.
  • Customer is responsible for all cost involved with shipping the product back to us. 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return product.
  • In a case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of the exchanged product.
  • In a case that we shipped the wrong item or color, Hairterprise will be responsible for both shipping charges and no restocking fees will be applied.
  • Refund will be applied to the original payment method 3-5 business days after the order was returned.

How do I return or exchange the product?

  1. Please contact us via email (info@hairterprise.com) within 30 days of the purchase date along with your invoice number and the reason you would like to return or exchange the product.
  2. We will issue an Return Material Authorization Code (RMA).
  3. Send the package back including the original packaging, invoice and your contact information (name, email, address and phone number). Please note that the product need to be unopened, applied, worn, colored or washed to receive any refund or exchange. If the product is not in new condition, no exchange or refund will be issued any the customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipping back.
  4. Email us the tracking number of the package so we can track it.
  5. Product returned without RMA will not be refunded or exchanged.
  6. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will ship the exchanged product.
  7. We will replace any defective product within 30 days of the purchase. Upon receiving the defective product, we will ship you a replacement product at our expense.
