All orders received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Order received after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Business days are considered Monday to Friday. (Not including weekends and holiday).
List of holidays were orders will be shipped the next business day:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
We use UPS and USPS for our shipping.

- 2day (2 business days)
- Overnight (next business day)
Hairterprise will ship internationally. Please note that all customers outside the USA are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. We can’t provide the amount of the extra fees. Please contact your local customs or tax agents for additional information.
International shipping options:
- Standard (6-10 business days)
- Express (3-5 business days)
Hairterprise is not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs. Some countries in the Middle East, Europe and South America will take additional 3-4 weeks to deliver the order. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries.
Product Lost or Damaged
We cannot guarantee the performance of our carries. Hairterprise will not be held responsible to any delays, damage or lost packages by our carries. We don’t provide refunds of shipping charges due to any delay. We promise you to do our best that your order will be delivered on time and un-damaged.
Tracking Your Order:
After your payment was cleared and the order was shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your package.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
When placing the order, it is the customer responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Please double check the shipping address before placing the order. We will not be held responsible for packages that are send to the wrong address.
In event that the tracking of the order shows that the order was delivered, we are not provide any refunds for order claimed not to be delivered by the customer. Please contact the carrier to resolve the situation.
